We aim to handle data responsibly and only as needed to operate the service.
Information we collect
Account information you provide such as your name, email, company and billing details; message metadata required to route and report on delivery; and technical data such as API usage, IP address and logs.
How we use it
To provision your account, route and deliver your messages, process payments, provide support, and send important service notices — and to monitor for abuse and fraud.
Message content
Message bodies are processed to deliver them to carriers. We do not sell message content, and we retain it only as long as needed.
Sharing
We share data with the SMS providers required to deliver your messages and with payment and infrastructure partners who process data on our behalf under contract, or where required by law.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, subject to legal and operational limits.
