Terms of Service
These terms govern your access to and use of Izar Connect, the SMS gateway operated by Inovant Solutions.
By creating an account or sending messages through the platform, you agree to these terms.
Your account
You must provide accurate registration details and keep your credentials, including your SMS password and API keys, confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
Acceptable use
You agree to send only messages that recipients have consented to receive, and to comply with all applicable laws and carrier regulations in Kuwait and the GCC. Spam, phishing, fraud, and any unlawful, deceptive, or harmful content are strictly prohibited.
Plans, credits and payment
SMS bundles are prepaid. Credits are consumed per message segment and are non-refundable except where required by law.
Service availability
We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or that every message will be delivered, as final delivery depends on carriers and recipient devices.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Inovant Solutions is not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
